Traditional Style Fork Buffet

Hi Tim, We just wanted to thank you for the lovely food you provided on Saturday night.I thought I’d over-ordered as everyone was telling me that teenage girls don’t eat and the boys are too busy drinking, but by the end of the night there was nothing left !  Our adult guests all complimented the food as well – the prawns went down very well. It was laid out beautifully and really easy to serve so thanks again. I hope we have the opportunity to work with you again and we will certainly be recommending you to others.

Sunday went brilliantly, the food was absolutely perfect, everyone scoffed it down and thoroughly enjoyed it all, just the right amount too. Lauren was excellent, please pass on our thanks and praise. She didn't stop working and so many of our guests commented too. We will definitely use Red and Green again in the future and will be recommending you to our friends.

Thank you so much for the catering for Emily's party. There was plenty for all and it seemed to go down very well! The cake was amazing, so many people asked who made it and thought it was stunning. Our company has been using The Red & Green Buffet Company for the past 12 months and have always found their food & service to be both excellent & innovative, offering "a can do" attitude to sometimes difficult requests at short notice. We felt that we needed to write to thank you for such a wonderful buffet that you provided us with.  People are still raving about the strawberries dipped in chocolate and coconut, the asparagus with sun dried tomato dip and the gorgeous chocolate fairy cakes.  We had some important guests visiting us and we feel that the food helped to impress them and make the day a total success.

I contacted The Red and Green Buffet Co. at the beginning of June 2011 to cater for my mother's funeral, for 40 guests. I also opted to hire all crockery, cutlery & glasses which were all delivered 3 days beforehand which helped us greatly with organising. I ordered a selection of hot & cold dishes, including the lasagne. All delivered on time, excellent quality, extremely tasty and generous portions so plenty for all. The minted new potatoes were absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you

Just a quick note to say that everyone raved about the buffet on Saturday - the vegetarians were over the moon that they didn't need to pick through the spread to find food they could eat (as is normally the case for us veggies at buffets), and lots of the meat-eaters commented on how tasty everything was and how much they were enjoying it all! So, thank you for putting on such a wonderful spread for our party - we would definitely recommend you to all our friends!
