Just wanted to say thanks so much for the wonderful food - I've had lots of emails from some very committed carnivores telling me how much they enjoyed the spread. The quiche, fritatta, scotch eggs and asparagus crostini were particular favourites, but I loved the olive straws and the coronation carrot sandwiches. If I need another buffet, I know where to come and I will have no hesitation in recommending your services to meat eaters and veggies alike.

I contacted The Red and Green Buffet Co. at the beginning of June 2011 to cater for my mother's funeral, for 40 guests. I also opted to hire all crockery, cutlery & glasses which were all delivered 3 days beforehand which helped us greatly with organising. I ordered a selection of hot & cold dishes, including the lasagne. All delivered on time, excellent quality, extremely tasty and generous portions so plenty for all. The minted new potatoes were absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you

You catered for a very large number of guests, ages ranging from 1 year to 93 years that had many different dietary requirements in an efficient, friendly and thoroughly professional way.

Thank you so much for the catering for Emily's party. There was plenty for all and it seemed to go down very well! The cake was amazing, so many people asked who made it and thought it was stunning. Thanks for your  advice and help setting up the corporate lunch yesterday, and which was a huge success. Everyone has been praising the food and your friendly staff and I have received no negative feedback which is rare when organising food for so many people. I would also like to thank you and your staff for your professionalism when clearing away, which was also noted and appreciated by my senior management team.
