Lasagne al forno - Authentic beef lasagne cooked with homemade fresh pasta and a delicious homemade ragu tomato, mushroom, celery, basil & beef sauce. with optional a Wild mushroom lasagne for a vegetarian option (please let us know how many veggies we will need to provide for)
Served with baby potatoes in mint & parsley butter alongside a Tuscan salad which comprises of chopped cherry tomatoes & olives, capers, a touch of garlic in a leafy spinach salad topped with crunchy fennel croutons.

The hot food is cooked in our kitchens – transported in thermal boxes & set up in hotel style chafing dishes.
The cold food is served on white china platters. Price includes individual lemon hand wipes, delivery of food, cutlery & crockery, salt & pepper pots, banqueting roll for the buffet table & collection of dirty items
